Installation
Printones is not responsible for any item or device during installation. Client is responsible of having all parts taken away and ready to be worked by Printones. If an installation requires a team member from Printones to disable a device, vehicle, or any other item, Printones does not take any responsibility if something goes missing or parts are broken during the installation. Clients must have a safe environment during installation all the time including having pets away from the work area, no guns, drugs or any illegal item or product inside the building where installation is being performed. Printones has the right to leave facility/building at any moment if they believe their well-being is being jeopardized.
Payment MethodsAccepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal. Extra fees may apply if using some apps to pay your invoice. We do not accept checks.
DepositA 70% non-refundable deposit is required before any production begins, including before receiving any digital proofs. Printones shall retain 70% of the total amount if the order is cancelled for any reason other than failure to deliver.
BalanceRemaining balance will be due before installation and/or delivery of project order. Remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file provided by client. Client may pay in cash.
Copyright & Trademark
The client understands that is the client's responsibility to copyright and/or trademark any design and logos and if printing any copyright ad/or trademark material, client will be 100% liable if any legal results from printing such material.
TerminationThe client reserves the right to terminate orders at any time. If the order is terminated for any reason other than failure to deliver within the agreed time frame Printones shall retain the deposit.
You may cancel orders at any time by submitting an email to contact@printones.com within 12 hours of your purchase. If the order is terminated for any reason other than failure to deliver Printones shall retain 70% of the total purchase amount.
DelaysIllness, injury, or other events beyond Printones control such as; fire, theft, computer failure, and acts of God may result in a delay of unpredictable length. We will not offer discounts for any illness, injury, or other events beyond Printones and its third-parties.
PortfolioPrintones reserves the right to upload, display, or showcase ALL completed and rejected projects on the company's website, social media, displays, and marketing material including your logo, business information, materials and/or designs.
Release FeeIf the client wishes to have all the editable files of any project, they will be required to pay a release fee of $400 for each file requested. The release fee must be paid in full to receive any qualifying files. Files will be delivered via email (we transfer, google drive, dropbox, etc). Does not include any stock images, and fonts provided by Printones. Stock images and fonts must be purchased separately by client.
File DamagesPrintones is not responsible for any file damages, errors, missing text, missing fonts, missing images, or unavailability to open any file once it leaves Printones systems or thirdparties hired by Printones.
OriginalityWe will ask for an idea from you, a possible design that may look similar to what you need or like, but we can not copy any already created graphic, we do not remake or plagiarize any content or designs for anyone, no exceptions.
Printones affirms that all designs are original and therefore own the rights granted under this agreement and that the rights granted do not conflict with any other agreement.
ProofsAll new projects designed under Printones include up to (2) revisions. Additional revisions after the second revision are subject to additional fees of $60 per hour.
Stock PhotosAny photos acquired by Printones for inclusion in any projects remain the property of Printones and may be used in multiple/separate projects with other clients if needed.
Performance Liability
Printones does not warrant that the functions supplied by logo designs, flyer designs, consultation or advice, will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the design(s) is with the client. In no event will Printones be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out the reproduction of, or appearance of the design(s), even if Printones has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
